Hey, have you been exercising lately?

Not really, I've been really busy with work.

I know what you mean, but it's important to make time for exercise, even if it's just a little bit.

I'm not sure. I've never been very athletic.

There are a lot of different ways to get exercise. You could walk, run, bike, swim, or do yoga. You could even just go for a walk around your neighborhood.

Walking sounds like something I could do.
