English Conversation Practice - Accident
"Oh my god, are you okay?"
"I'm not sure. I think I might have broken my leg."
"Let me help you up. We should call 911."
"Okay."
Person 1 calls 911 and tells the operator that there has been an accident and that someone is injured. The operator asks for the location of the accident and sends an ambulance.
The ambulance arrives and the paramedics take Person 2 to the hospital. The doctor examines Person 2 and determines that they have broken their leg. The doctor puts a cast on Person 2's leg and tells them that they will need to stay in the hospital for a few days.
Person 1 stays with Person 2 at the hospital until Person 2's family arrives. Person 1's family takes Person 1 home.
Person 1 and Person 2 stay in touch and check in on each other regularly. They both recover from their injuries and are able to return to their normal lives.
